Our specialized team is comprised of physicians, registered nurses, and home health aides. We integrate extensive hiring processes, including background checks, reference and criminal checks, personal interviews, and skill assessments. We also acquire licenses and training certificates such as resident’s rights, precautionary measures including fire prevention and safety education, infection control, emergency disasters, basic food safety, and basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
